TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the rules specified in these Terms and Conditions.
2. To be eligible for the competition, participants or entrants must reside in the Republic of South Africa.
3. Only one entry per person. Winners may be required to provide their passport or equivalent photo ID for verification.
4. Entry into the Competition is free
5. The winners will be notified on the contact details provided.  If Fresh Radio, a brand of Platinum Gold Studios, or its nominated agent is unable to contact the winner within 5 business days of the random selection, then the winner will forfeit the prize. Fresh Radio / Platinum Gold Studios reserves the right to select a new winner at its sole discretion without further communication.
6. Fresh Radio/ Platinum Gold Studios reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Fresh Radio / Platinum Gold Studios and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against both brands.
7. You will be required to provide your full name, email address and other related information when entering this Competition. Fresh Radio / Platinum Gold Studios and its affiliates will collect and use your personal data listed herein in order to enable your participation in this Competition and for related online activities. Your personal data will be used to enter you in this Competition and for Fresh Radio / Platinum Gold Studios, its affiliates and subsidiaries’ marketing purposes and, by participating in the Competition, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of the data in South Africa and any other affiliated country in which Fresh Radio / Platinum Gold Studios  conducts in business, which consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notification to Fresh Radio / Platinum Gold Studios . We will not use your personal data for a different purpose without first obtaining your permission.
8. All entrants indemnify Fresh Radio / Platinum Gold Studios, its advertising agencies, advisers, suppliers, and nominated agents against any and all claims, damages or losses resulting from their participation in this Competition or in the participation or collection of prizes or at the event and irrespective of how such loss, damage or claim may have arisen, including where such damage, loss, or claim has arisen from the negligent acts, omissions and/or willful default of Platinum Gold Radio.
9. Regarding the validity period of the prize – this must be booked, purchased and / or used within the advised period.

10. This Prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be sold to a 3rd party.
11. It may not be extended beyond the validity period – no exceptions will be made.
12. By providing your email address and entering this competition you agree to receive relevant email communications from Fresh Radio / Platinum Gold Studios and its respective partners including news, events, offers marketing and promotions.

NB: No directors of Fresh Radio / Platinum Gold Studios, Vandasol, employee at Vandasol and / or any of its brand divisions  or their agencies, service providers, consultants and members of their immediate family; friends nor members of the sponsors of any competition listed on this page, and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family, or friends are eligible to win in this competition
